The Microbot TeachMover and TeachMover II carry a full one (1) year warranty on parts and service from the date of purchase.

From time to time your microbot product will need to be serviced.

Our factory trained technicians will completely refurbish and recalibrate your Microbot TeachMover or TeachMover II and warrant the robot for (1) full year from the date of service, at a cost of $500.00 plus shipping.

When service is needed please call Questech at 800-229-0018 for a returned material authorization number. This number helps us keep track of your robot while its being serviced. After you receive your R.M.A. number ship your robot to:

If possible include your purchase order with the robot. If not, FAX the purchase order to Questech at 248-615-0808. When the repair is completed we will send your Microbot back to you via UPS. Remember to insure your robots when shipping. A new TeachMover costs $4,800.00 and the TeachMover II is $5,800.00.

When service is needed for you TeachMover consider having it fullly upgraded to a TeachMover II with new features that will challenge your students and save you money. The cost of the upgrade is $3,000.00.
